Silver cypresses guard the entrance. Already a few meters off the valley opens with a breathtaking view onto the romantic hamlet "Casanova di Ricavo" (559 m ue. d. M.)   and onto the surrounding     pine and oak forest as well as broom  and juniper coverd   evergreen macchia slopes of the natural preserve "Oasi del Chianti".

The guest house "Casa Pineta" - ex servant quarters and stables - has been restored with lots of love and expenses. Romantic -  the various  small interlocking buildings, which cover  various floors and still have their old beam ceilings and original cotto floors that have been left untoched as far as possible in all 4 appartments as well as in the cottage "La Capannina" Together with its typical local furniture this guarantees the special Tuscan countryside charm   expexted by  our sophisticated international guests.

All buildings are set in an extended   wellcared   garden park - the pride of the German owner and her staff. Cascades of   flowers, rose bushes,  citrus fruits as well as the surrounding meadows with many rare types of orchids and wild herbs  create the unforgettable  image of a lost paradise.

"Casa Acacia "
The lower part of the guest house - also called "Casa Acacia" consists of 2 independent apartments   which may also be used as  a complete house. These 2 apartments are called "Tana" + "Bellavista":

Apartment "La Tana" (ground floor,  approx. 50  sqm, 4-5 pers.)   spacious livingroom/kitchen (picture),  2 small bedrooms,  1 shower/WC, beautiful,  partly covered terrace directly in front of entrance. facing south.

"La Bellavista"
(1st floor, approx.  55 sqm,  2-4 pers.)  small kitchenette, large livingroom with marvelous old fireplace and very high beam ceiling (+ double sleeping couch)  (picture), 1 bedroom (picture),  in both rooms large panoramic windows, downstairs patio with morning and evening sun  facing east.

"La Capannina"
(ground floor,   approx.   45 sqm,  2-4 pers.)  separate,  small romantic cottage, very private and quite position with  large livingroom/kitchen with a corner fireplace (+ double sleeping couch (picture),  1 bedroom,   shower/WC, every room with a large panoramic windowdoor leading onto the terrace facing east,   only a few meters away from the wild nature.

The large swimming pool   (5,5x11)  with its pavements of natural quarry stone and grass  leisure areas  is situated on the  windprotected sunny  slopes slightly below the guesthouse.  Umbrellas and solitary trees provide shade. The comfortable entry platform  (3x3m)  offers space and security also for the smallest of our guests.
