As soon as you arrive, you will certainly notice the perfect harmony of the buildings with the nature that surrounds them

The Palazzo di Luglio Relais is made up of a main bulding of "700 and three dependences (Seccatoio, Fienile, Frantoio).

In the main building are located: the reception, halls to relax, wine cellar, wine bar and on the first floor four suites (one of them is reserved for handicapped people) made up of a living room, a double bed room, a bath room with shower.

The whole building has been restored using original features and materials.

All the suites have been restored paying attention to the littlest detail.

The elegant and sophisticated furniture gives to each room a style that matches with the sobriety of the eighteenth century context without forgetting the comfort.

Each suite is made up of a double bed room, a living room, a bathroom with the shower, there are also the air conditioned, safe, satellite TV, mini-bar and telephone.

Eight suites are available (Quercia, Ginepro, Leccio, Olivo, Fienile 1, Fienile 2, Seccatoio 1, Seccatoio 2).

In some cases it is possible to have a divan-bed.

Every morning the breakfast is served in the main building.

Sansepolcro is the birth place of Piero della Francesca and here, on the second Sunday of September, takes place the "Crossbow Palio", a very old challenge between the Gubbio and Sansepolcro crossbowmen.

Many other places are easily accessible from The Relais:

ANGHIARI (km 6) a village of the Middle Ages famous for the battle of 1440 between Milanese and Florentine. In April it is possible to visit the Arts and Craft exhibition.

MONTERCHI (km 15) a small village, where it is possible to admire the famous painting "La Madonna del parto" by Piero della Francesca. In September where the "Sagra della Polenta" takes place.

CAPRESE MICHELANGELO (km 25) Michelangelo Buonarroti's birth place (it is worth visiting the house where he was born).

AREZZO (km 35) is the main town of the area. It is, also, the continuation of the Piero della Francesca path. In the church of S. Francesco there is the "La leggenda della Vera Croce" by P.della Francesca recently restored. Every first Sunday of the month one of the biggest "antique exhibition" of Italy takes place here.

GUBBIO (km 60) in May there is the "Palio dei Ceri" a challenge that involves all districts of the town.

PERUGIA (km 70) Etruscan town, popular for its international University and its National Gallery that contains paintings by Pinturicchio, Perugino, Piero della Francesca.

ASSISI (km 85) is the s. Francesco's birth place. S. Francesco is the patron saint of Italy.

RIMINI (km 90) the discos and the amusement town offers also a beautiful rigged beach.
