Our thoughts go to the sea, while taking a rest by the natural bathing pool made of local rocks and sand, just like a small wild sea inbetween the ancient cork trees and the Mediterranean woodland.

Cuor di Lupo Farm house is not only a holiday farm; infact within it’s 30 hectares land we can find a young vineyard that will yeald in few years it’s first wine, D.O.C. Monteregio di Massa Marittima; this wine, besides gladdening our guests tableful, aspires to go old in barrels, so to please even the most fine palates; there are also 600 olive plants, giving us the “ extravergine olive oil that only in this lands can reach the acidity degree very near to “0”; it’s flavour is just “unique”.
Finally, the orchard and the vegetable garden have been exclusively made to please our guests needings; both give us really genuine products to make very special dishes and marmelades for everyone brekfast

Seven different athmospheres that will lead you back to the old country traditions, so to live back almost forgotten times and to find oneself calmness, according to the rythm of nature, where the only “noises” are the languages of animals, the gently sea wind or the rain ticking (very rare).

"IL FRANTOIO" (The Oil mill): double room/bed ( 23 mq av.) at ground floor with wide inner bathroom. The room communicates directly with a comfortable porch and pleasent zone of reading, infront of the botanical garden.

"LA VENDEMMIA" (The grape harvest):: apartement at ground floor (35 mq av.) for 4/5 people composed from dining room with cooking space an a comfortable reading divan bed ( for two p.), bathroom and doubble room/bed + reading divan bed. The apartement communicates, to the outside, with the garden that leads to the bathing pool and the horses paddocks.

"LA MANDRIA" (The Herd): suggestive apartment (35 mq av.) for 4/5 people at I° floor composed from double room/bed, bathroom, dining room with cooking space and comfortable divan bed (for two p.). The apartment communicates externally with a typical Tuscany arched balcony and enjoys a wonderfull sight everywhere.

"LA MACCHIA" (The Bush): fresh apartement (35 mq. av.) for 3/4 people at I° floor composed from double room/bed, bathroom, single room. Also this apartement, adjacent to “the herd” communicates with the arched balcony and watches on the garden as well as on Caldana, historical little village.

"L'ERBARIO" ( The herbarium): graceful room (23 mq. av.) for 2/3 people at I° floor composed from matrimonial bed, single bed, bathroom. You can approach this room by crossing an airy and wide terrace from wich , through the large arches, you’ll be admiring the cork trees forest, on one side and the botanical garden from the other side; on the background, the tower bell of St. Biagio’s Church of Caldana stands out, whose projects have recently and definitively been attributed to Michelangelo Buonarroti.

"ARTI E MESTIERI" : (Limbs and trades): characteristic and luminous room (21 mq. av.) for 2/3 people at II° floor composed from matrimonial bed, comfortable reading divan bed (for two p.), relax zone, bathroom. The room enjoys a magnificient sight on the natural bathing pool, the paddocks and cork trees forest. The hills all around Vetulonia ancient Etruscan village are it’s natural background.

"LA PESCAIA" : airy room at II° floor (26 mq. av.) for 4/5 people composed from matrimonial bed, comfortable reading divan., relax zone, bathroom. The room enjoys, from it’s dominant position, a wonderful sight, from the olive plants, all trough the broom and sunflowers valley until the height of Vetulonia Etruscan village.
