 The estate has 19 farm holidays apartments. The smallest sleep 2 people and the largest 14. The minimum time is one night.
The apartments have been created in the main Villa and in the old farmhouses, their decoration reflects the simplicity and colture of the area with its antique furniture, comfortable rather then luxurious.
Each apartment is made up of one or more bedrooms, sitting room with a cooking area and at least one bathroom with shower. Indipendent central heating. |

 Beautiful renovated farmhouse of 259 sq.m, at 400 m, a.s.l. in the middle of vineyards and olive groves in front of a suggestive panorama of the Sienese hills, at Fattoria del Colle.
1st floor: lodge, sitting/dining room with fireplace, kitchen, 7 bedrooms (to sleep 15 persons), 2 showers, 1 bathroom (bathtub and shower). Rustic Tuscan wood furniture.
Peaceful position. The surrounding area is equipped with tables and chairs, swimming pool (10x5) with parasols and loungers. Telephone with a meter, sheltered car park.
For everybody’s use in the farm at 200m: tennis, TV room, sale of products (wine, oil, etc.), restaurant, 2 swimming pools, mountain-bikes. |

What ground in the farm

 The Colle of Trequanda an enchanting countryside for modern farmers, great red Wines meet here.
The farm grows 160ha cereal, 6.5ha Olives, and 21ha vineyards, that produce the Chianti Superiore and the Leone Rosso with Sangiovese and merlot grapes.
The winery at Fattoria del Colle is on 4 floors, it begins with a medieval hermitage, across the villa undergrounds to reach, four floors above the loft where Vin santo is aged. The effect is very suggestive thanks also to the presence of objects from the farming tradition. On the other hand, in the fermentation area all is modern: stainless steel vats, computerized panels …a world of technology where it is easy to understand how wine is made and where it is possible to enjoy a breath taking view of the Crete senesi and in the distance Montalcino, Siena and Monte Amiata.Guided tours in Italian, English German and Japanese (French upon request).
Guided tastings both informal and technical in Italian and English. Tasting hall for up to 60 people.
Meals with typical dishes from the area and a menu of different courses.
The dishes from this territory are: pinci (home made pasta) dressed in
 duck sauce, Trequanda soup, rolled meat served during the threshing season, steak with rosemary, roasted achicken with wild herbs, cabbage with bacon, potatoes cooked under the ashes.
A stay at Fattoria del Colle permits its guests to visit the neighbouring areas, to discover places that are not yet well known and to appreciate a panorama which is unique in the world. |
