The old farmhouse, recently remodeled in the typical local architectural style, is made up of five apartments with country furnishings updated and provided with every modern convenience to make your holiday truly special.

Thanks to its wonderful hillside setting, the Antico Uliveto enjoys a beautiful panorama; surrounded by large private gardens, it offers its guests the use of a wood-burning oven, laundry facilities and barbecue just a few steps from the swimming pool, among olive trees and flowering vines.

The farm itself has been dedicated to biological agriculture for more than 10 years and produces excellent quality wine, olive oil and honey, which guests can also purchase.

The apartments all have a private entrance and a small patio for dining, other pastimes, or just relaxing. Each apartment also has a typical Tuscan fireplace that, besides creating its own special atmosphere, gives our guests the chance to do fireside grilling and to heat their rooms in the traditional way.

The surroundings, submerged in olive orchards and vineyards, are ideal for walks and bicycle riding. Horseback riding, tennis courts and a golf course are all close by.

Rose
Located on the ground floor, this apartment has its own bricked yard in front of the doorway, separated from the other entrances by fragrant plants and vines to guarantee our guests' privacy while they are dining or relaxing in their lawn chairs.

It's made up of a large living room with fireplace, wood-burning stove, a cooking niche, sofa-bed and TV. There is also a large bathroom with rosebud wall motif and a lovely double bedroom with furniture from the beginning of the last century.

Wisteria
Located one floor up. The outside stairway enters directly onto the large living room. One wall of the room is entirely taken up by the fireplace and an old-fashioned wood-burning cookstove (in perfect working order).

The room also contains a cooking niche, sofa bed and TV. The other two rooms are a large bath with a wisteria vine "climbing" along its walls and a double bedroom with a French window giving onto a balcony with a lovely view that includes, if you wish, the sunrise.

Sunflower
A ground floor apartment, this one also has its own entrance area screened off by plants. The entrance is onto a living room with a unique fireplace, a cooking niche, sofa bed and TV.

Going up the staircase, where the gracious sunflower motif "sprouts", you reach the upstairs area, which includes the bathroom and two spacious bedrooms. The larger of these has a French window opening onto a balcony with a splendid view towards the east.

Violet
This apartment is located one story up, and is reached by a short staircase that widens out onto a small porch that's ideal at all hours, but especially when the sunset offers unforgettable spectacles.

The fireplace is the main feature of the large living room, which also contains a cooking niche, sofa bed and TV. The bathroom is spacious and the double bedroom is a real delight, with generous bunches of violets stenciled along its walls.

Oak
Located on the ground floor, this apartment, too, has a bricked-in area screened off with plants in front of the entrance, equipped with a table, chairs and lounge chairs.


The entrance opens onto a large living room with cooking niche, stone fireplace, a small wood-burning stove, sofa bed and TV. There are also two double bedrooms and a lovely large bathroom made cheerful by flocks of ducks on the walls.
